Email Cliff began his career with global advisory firm KPMG in Perth, Australia working with a variety of clients in financial services, government, healthcare and primarily the energy and natural resourcesm sector including BHP Billiton, Woodside Energy and Shell Australia. He joined Canadian miner, First Quantum Minerals Ltd (FQM), in 2006 and spent over six years with the company – a period coinciding with FQM’s rapid growth from a single Africa-focused mine operation to a global mid-tier copper, gold and nickel producer with operations and projects in Europe, Australia, South America & Africa.
Cliff’s expertise includes advising enterprises on all aspects of corporate governance, internal audit and risk management. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Murdoch University and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
